摘要
为观察老龄自发性糖尿病大鼠多焦视网膜电图的变化,按照大鼠电生理记录的标准化方案,记录GK大鼠在14月龄、15月龄、16月龄多焦视网膜电图的特征。随着月龄增加,GK大鼠血糖分别高于同月龄的Wistar大鼠,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。14月龄、15月龄、16月龄GK大鼠N_1波振幅密度与同月龄的Wistar大鼠比较,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。P_1波的振幅密度也随着月龄增加而降低,14月龄、15月龄、16月龄GK大鼠P1波振幅密度与同月龄的Wistar大鼠比较,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。老龄自发性糖尿病大鼠(GK大鼠)视网膜功能损害不断加重。
To observe the changes of multifocal electroretinograms in elderly spontaneous diabetic rats(GK rats),based on standard stimulation and recording method,the waveform change of multifocal electroretinogram(mfERG)of the 14-month-old,the 15-month-old and the 16-month-old GK rats were recorded respectively for three month.With moon’s age gonging on,the blood glucose of GK rats is higher than that of Wistar rats with same moon’s age.There is significant difference in respective group(P<0.01).The response densities of N 1 waves in the 14-month-old,15-month-old and 16-month-old GK rats decline compared with those of Wistar rats with same moon’s age(P<0.05).The response densities of P 1 waves in the 14-month-old,15-month-old and 16-month-old GK rats decrease compared with those of Wistar rats with same moon’s age(P<0.05).The damage of vision function of the elder GK rats increase.
