含粘弹性层纤维增强层合板的热屈曲及阻尼特性分析 被引量:1

摘要 对含粘弹性层纤维增强层合板的热屈曲及阻尼特性进行了分析研究。采用经典冯·卡门平板理论和哈密顿原理推导得出结构运动学方程,进而得出临界热屈曲温度的求解公式,通过求解本征值问题,得到结构固有频率和阻尼比。在恒温下分析了粘弹性层厚度和铺设方式对结构阻尼比的影响。在不同温度场下研究了粘弹性层厚度和铺设方式对结构热屈曲行为的影响。着重分析了非均匀温度分布对结构热屈曲和阻尼比的影响。数值结果分析表明,不论均匀温度场还是非均匀温度场,弹性层总厚度一定的情况下,层合板临界热屈曲温度随粘弹性层厚度增大而增大,且基本呈现正比例关系。恒温时,层合板阻尼比随粘弹性层厚度增大而增大。临界热屈曲温度、固有频率、阻尼比除了受纤维铺层影响较大外,同时受层合板上温度分布的影响较大。 Thermal buckling and damping characteristics of fiber reinforced laminated plates with viscoelastic layers were studied.The kinematic equation of the structure was derived by using the classical Von Karman lamination theory and the Hamilton's principle.The formulas for solving the critical thermal buckling temperature were obtained.By solving the eigenvalue problem,the natural frequency and damping ratio were obtained.The effect of viscoelastic layer thickness and paving patterns on the damping ratio of the structure under constant temperature was analyzed.And the effect of viscoelastic layer thickness and different paving patterns on the thermal buckling behavior of the structure under uniform and non-uniform temperature field was also studied.The effect of non-uniform temperature distribution on the thermal buckling behavior and damping ratio of the structure was emphatically analyzed.The numerical results show when the thickness of the elastic layers is constant,regardless of the uniform temperature field or non-uniform temperature field,the critical thermal buckling temperature of the laminated panels with viscoelastic layers increases with the increase of viscoelastic layer thickness.The damping ratio of the structure under constant temperature increases with the increase of viscoelastic layer thickness.In addition to paving pattern and ply angle,the temperature distribution of the structure also greatly affects the critical thermal buckling temperature,non-dimensional natural frequencies and damping ratio.
