Selection of BOG reliquefaction process in LNG terminals

BOG处理是接收站的关键工艺。接收站项目在不同运行阶段,BOG处理工艺选择也不同。本文主要针对接收站建站初期外输管网与接收站建站速度不匹配问题,采取再液化工艺回收处理BOG。对膨胀制冷、混合冷剂制冷、高压射流制冷再液化工艺进行综合分析和比较,以期为其他同类工程项目更好的选择BOG处理工艺提供一定参考。

Boiling-off gas(BOG)treatment is the key process in LNG terminal.The LNG terminal project has different options of BOG treatment process at different operational stages.In this paper,BOG reliquefaction process was selected to deal with the problem of construction speed mismatch between the external transmission network and the LNG terminals in the initial stage of the terminal building.The expansion refrigeration,mixed refrigerant refrigeration and high pressure jet refrigeration reliquefaction processes were comprehensively analyzed and compared,in order to provide a reference for other projects of the similar type of BOG treatment process.
