摘要
露点腐蚀普遍存在于炼油化工装置。生产中,工艺管道内有可能存在酸性气体和水蒸气,由于工艺调整不当使水蒸汽冷凝液遇CO_2、SO_2、SO_3等酸性气体形成露点腐蚀,从而腐蚀管道及设备,对安全生产构成较大的安全隐患必须引起重视。本文介绍了某合成氨化工装置弯管爆裂事故,并对事故原因进行了分析。
Dew point corrosion is common in refinery and chemical plants.In the production,acid gases and water vapor can be present in the process pipelines.Due to improper process adjustment,the water vapor condensate forms dew point corrosion in the presence of acid gas such as CO2,SO2 and SO3 that will corrode the pipeline and equipment and bring serious safe problem,which should be given enough attention.This paper introduced the bursting accident of the bending pipe of reaction gas pipeline in the medium pressure shift section of a ammonia plant,and analyzed the causes of the accident.
