汽轮机中压调整门门杆断裂原因分析及处理

摘要 针对某公司DKEH-1ND31型汽轮机中压调整门门杆螺纹断裂情况,从设计制造、安装、运行和检修几个方面分析了门杆螺纹断裂原因,结合断裂部位的结构特点选用合适的材料研制了"特制连接器",并介绍了安装步骤及方法。修复后该中压调整门门杆连续运行约7 200 h,未发生负荷波动、门杆脱落、断裂等缺陷。 Aiming at the fractured broken of middle-pressure control valve stem in DKEH-1 ND 31 type steam turbine,this paper briefly introduces the reasons from several aspects,such as design,manufacture,installation,operation and maintenance.According to the structure of the control valve and the features of the stem’s fracture site,a"special connector"is developed.At the same time,introduces this special connector production method and installation steps.After the repair,the middle-pressure control valve worked about 7 200 hours without any trouble such as load fluctuations or breakage of the valve stem.
