基于模糊分析的评价模型在降低电费回收风险中的应用

摘要 为了有效控制和降低电费的回收风险,通过建立风险综合评价模型,并运用信用理论来计算出信用等级,研究用电客户存在的欠费风险,使抄收人员对用电客户的电费催缴处于能控状态,构建风险指标体系,在此基础上对其进行综合模糊评价,该方法可改变目前仅靠缴费及时性这一主观单一指标进行信用分类的弊端,转变为动态多元指标进行分析,增加了信用等级预测的准确性,降低电费风险,有利于电费的及时回收。 In order to effectively control and reduce the electrical charges collection Risk,this paper establishes a comprehensive risk assessment model and uses credit theory to calculate the credit rating,so as to better study the risk of arrears existing in electricity customers,and make the electricity harvesting personnel use electricity.The customer's call for electricity charges is in a controlled state.This paper builds a risk indicator system and conducts a comprehensive fuzzy evaluation on this basis.Using the EXCEL tool,after entering the scores of various indicators,the user’s credit rating is directly obtained.This method changes the timeliness of current payments alone.The drawbacks of subjective single indicators for credit classification change to dynamic multivariate analysis,which increases the accuracy of credit rating prediction,reduces the risk of electricity char ges,and facilitates the timely r ecovery of electricity charges.
