大倾角螺旋输送机中物料颗粒的运动特性研究 被引量:14

摘要 螺旋输送机在散料装卸和运输中起着关键性作用,而且有向大倾角输送方向发展的趋势。大倾角螺旋输送机中物料重力的影响使运动机理变得更为复杂,亟待研究。首先建立了简化的运动模型,分析了单个颗粒的运动特性。然后运用单质点法,推导出大倾角螺旋输送机物料输送的临界转速、轴向速度公式。接着给出生产率的计算模型。最后,通过理论计算值和相关实验数据的对比,表明计算模型能准确预测实际生产率。研究内容能帮助掌握大倾角螺旋输送机复杂的工作机理,优化机器性能,为新机型的研制和设计提供更加可靠的依据。 Screw conveyors play a crucial role in loading,unloading and transportation of bulk material and there is a tendency of research on steeply inclined screw conveyor.The effect of gravity of particles in steeply inclined screw conveyor makes the kinetic mechanism more complex and it needs to be researched urgently.it established a simplified kinematic model firstly,which analyzed the kinetic characteristics of one particle.Then the critical speed formula and the axial velocity formula of moving particles in steeply inclined screw conveyor are formed based on the single-particle method.Then the corresponding theoretical model of productivity is given.Finely,it indicated that the calculation model can predict the actual productivity accurately by comparing the theoretical calculation values and the related experimental data.It can help to grasp the complex working mechanism of the steeply inclined screw conveyor,optimize machine performance and provide more reliable basis for the development and design of the new type of machine.
