摘要
针对传统PID控制器在振动排痰机无刷直流电机控制系统中出现的动静态响应较差的问题,将模糊PID控制器应用于控制系统并对输入/输出变量进行非均匀量化以优化控制性能。该控制系统以ATmega328p单片机为数据处理核心,采用转速、电流双闭环控制方式,其中转速环采用模糊PID控制算法,电流环采用传统PID控制算法。最后,搭建了符合真实运行条件的实验平台并进行实验。通过实验对比分析,该系统具有控制精度高、超调量小、响应速度快、稳定性好的特点。
Traditional PID controller of Brushless DC motor in vibration sputum elimination machine has poor performance in dynamic and static response.This paper proposed an improved speed control system using fuzzy PID controller with nonuniform quantization of input and output variables.MCU called ATmega328p was used as core chip in the system.The system includes speed and current closed loop controllers.The speed controller uses fuzzy PID and the current controller uses traditional PID.Finally,the experiment platform which used in actual condition is designed.By the contrast of experiment,the system has advantages of high steady accuracy,small overshoot,fast response speed and stable operation.
