某乘用车尾门铰链安装点系统刚度研究 被引量:5

摘要 刚度作为白车身的重要评价指标,刚度不足会直接影响汽车的舒适性与安全性等性能。针对原车型存在尾门铰链安装点系统刚度不足的问题,对其刚度不足原因进行了研究。利用有限元软件Hypermesh建立有限元模型并进行仿真分析,从多方面采取措施对尾门铰链安装点处进行优化,结果表明优化后的模型满足了设计目标要求。最后,在刚度试验台上对安装点X向和Z向刚度进行了测试,仿真与试验误差在10%以内,验证了其准确性。 Stiffness is an important evaluation of the white body,which directly affect the car’s comfort and safety performance.Aiming at the problem that the stiffness of tailgate hinges is not enough in the original model,the reasons for the lack of rigidity are studied.The finite element model was built by Hypermesh and simulate the finite element model,And the X and Z stiffness of the mounting point are tested on the stiffness test rig.The error between simulation and test result is less than 10%,which verifies its accuracy.Finally,multiple components at the tailgate hinges were optimized.The results show that the optimized model meets the design goal.
