美国高校图书馆数字学术发展研究——以田纳西大学图书馆为例

Research on the development of digital scholarship in academic libraries in America:a case study of The University of Tennessee Library

文章以研究图书协会成员馆之一的美国田纳西大学图书馆数字学术发展为研究案例,重点分析了田纳西大学数字学术发展情况,从数字学术研究的方向、研究人员的专业化、校内到校外开展广泛的合作并重视服务团队建设3个方面总结了田纳西大学图书馆数字学术发展情况。在此基础上,从建立数字学术机构中心、培养数字学术专业人才、重视数字学术团队建设、拓展资金来源渠道4个方面分析对我国高校的启示之处。

The paper mainly introduces the development of digital scholarship in university libraries in America.It takes a key member of Association of Research on the University of Tennessee Library as a case and studies from the aspects of its direction of digital academic research,professionalization of researchers,intra-school to off-campus development of extensive cooperation and attention to service team building.Based on this,it makes some suggestions for our country,including establishing a digital academic institution center,cultivating digital academic professionals,attaching importance to the construction of digital academic teams,and expanding funding sources.
