摘要
党的十九大提出要增强学习本领,推动建设学习大国。现代企业全球化已是必然趋势,经营环境瞬息万变,波诡云谲,危机四伏,不进则退,唯有学习才能稳定企业之根基。创建学习型团队、争做学习型员工符合时代发展和企业生存的要求。文章阐述了学习型企业团队的特征,剖析了学习型企业的员工需要做到培养自我超越能力、建立共同价值观念、开展团队互动学习、善于系统思考问题4个方面,系统分析了某公司创建学习型团队的不利因素,探索如何建设学习型组织,创建学习型企业。
According to the 19th CPC National Congress,the learning ability must be strengthened,and the construction of the great learning nation must be promoted.For the modern enterprise,the globalization is already the inevitable trend.The management environment is changing so fast with the challenges and the crisis.Move forward,or you’ll fall behind.Learning is the only way to stabilize the foundation of the enterprise.To conform to the time development and the enterprise survival request,it is necessary to establish the learning and be the staff.This paper expounds the enterprise team’s characteristic,and shows that the study enterprise’s staff must have achieve raises the self-surmounting ability,establish the common value idea,develop the team interaction study,and to be good at the system pondering.This paper analyses the disadvantage factor,and explores how to construct the study organization,and establish the learning enterprise.
