SP-2002S连接器防护膜的环境适应性

摘要 本文选择插针镀金、镀金合金以及镀锡三大类进口连接器,分别涂覆SP-2002S保护剂,然后进行高、低温贮存实验,交变湿热实验以及盐雾实验,对实验后的插针进行显微分析和能谱分析。结果表明SP-2002S保护膜对三类连接器插针均有良好的防护效果,可以显著提升连接器的环境适应性。另外,对SP-2002S薄膜保护剂的润滑性进行了评估,其润滑性能良好,可以显著降低连接器的插拔力。 It was coated SP-2002S thin film protective agent,that the electrical pins with gold,gold alloy and tin plating.The electrical pins were conducted high temperature storage test,low temperature storage test,cyclic damp heat test and salt fog test.Then the pins surface was analyzed by SEM and alpha ray spectrometer.The analysis results showed SP-2002S thin film had well protecting effect on three kinds of electrical connectors.It can increase the environment adaptability significantaly.Moreover,the film’s lubricity was evaluated.The result showed the film has a good lubricating property,and can decreases plug power of the connectors evidently.
