兰州市水资源价值模糊评价研究

Research on Fuzzy Evaluation of Water Resources Value in Lanzhou City

水资源价值核算是制定城市水价政策的基础。为促进兰州市水资源的合理利用和可持续发展,使用改进的模糊综合评价模型,对兰州市水资源价值进行评价,并利用水费承受法确定兰州市的居民用水价格。结果表明:居民实际用水价格远低于水资源的真实价值,城市水价有较大提升空间,政府相关部门应加快水价制度改革,以实现水资源的优化配置。

Water resources value accounting is the basis for formulating urban water price policies.In order to promote the rational use and sustainable development of water resources in Lanzhou City,an improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was used to evaluate the value of water resources in Lanzhou City,and the water fee-bearing method was used to determine the water price of residents in Lanzhou.The results show that the actual water price of residents is far lower than that of the real value of water resources,and there is room for improvement in urban water price.Relevant government departments should speed up the reform of water price system and re-establish water fee collection standards to achieve optimal allocation of water resources.
