摘要
唐钢1810热连轧粗轧机牌坊安装底面配合面出现磨损问题,导致轧机两侧刚度偏差大,刚度曲线异常,轧机在轧制过程中出现跑偏、水平值偏差大、镰刀弯、机架间起套或拉窄等缺陷,影响产品质量,甚至造成堆钢事故。由于受生产节奏制约,无法长时间停机对磨损面修复,传统机加工及修复方法无法解决。本次粗轧机牌坊底面配合面修复采用复合高分子材料修复,有效地节约了修复时间;同时修复表面达到了耐水冲蚀,避免了二次锈蚀磨损。修复后,采用激光跟踪仪对安装尺寸进行复测,标高及水平度满足图纸安装要求,投产使用后运转正常。高分子复合材料修复后的牌坊底面抗压、抗冲击性能符合设计要求;同时可以达到生产工艺所要求刚度及轧制过程水平值。
There was abrasion on the bottom match surface of the hot rough-rolling mill which leads to the large deviation of stiffness on both sides of rolling mill in Tangshan iron and steel 1810 hot strip product line.The problem caused some defects in the slabs such as deviation,horizontal deviation,sickle,narrow and so on.Due to the restriction of production rhythm,the production line can t be shut down for a long time to repair the worn surface by traditional repair methods.Thus,the composite surface is used for repairing the bottom surface of the rough-rolling mill.Time is saved effectively.Meanwhile,the repaired surface can withstand water erosion and avoid two times of corrosion and abrasion.After repair,the installation size is re-measured by laser tracker.The elevation and level meet the installation requirements of the drawings,and work normally after being put into operation.After repaired,the compression resistance and impact resistance of the bottom surface reached the composite design requirements,and the rigidity and rolling level required by the production process can be achieved.
