摘要
此次研究的主要目的是为了明确我国电子商务背景下人力资源管理出现的问题,并通过提出相应的优化策略来提升人力资源部门的整体管理水平,促进我国人力资源管理部门的健康与长远发展。通过研究,提出了人力资源管理问题的解决措施:合理地对人力资源进行规划、人力资源的培养与开发要引起企业重视、制定透明的奖励机制。全面客观地把握我国电子商务背景下人力资源管理真实情况。
The main purpose of this study is to clarify the problems of human resource management under the background of e-commerce in China,and to raise the overallmanagement level of the human resource department by putting forward the corresponding optimization strategies,so as to promote the health and long-term development of the human resource management department in China.Through the research,it puts forward the solutions to the problems of human resourcemanagement:the rational planning of human resources,the training and development of humanresources shouldarouse the attentionofenterprises,the formulation of a transparent incentivemechanism.We should comprehensivelyand objectivelygrasp the real situationofhumanresourcemanagement under thebackgroundofe-commerce inChina.
