摘要
论文通过对新时期下铁路劳动定额管理工作中存在的问题与弊端进行分析,结合大秦铁路股份有限公司原平工务段实际情况与改革现状,提出相对科学、合理的优化措施,为我国铁路事业日后的蓬勃发展奠定重要基础。
Through analyzing the problems and drawbacks existing in the management of railway labor quota under the new period,and combinedwith the actual situation and reformstatusofYuanping publicworks section ofDaqin railwaylimited byshare led,the relative scientific and reasonable optimization measuresareput forward,soas tolayanimportant basis for the future flourish development of the railway industry.
