面粉厂的生产管理与技术管理初探

摘要 面粉厂的生产组织与管理必须适应现代化生产的新要求,管理者必须具有复合型的素质,要从粗放管理向全面精细化延伸。面粉厂重视生产管理的同时,须抓好生产管理与技术管理,面粉厂的生产经营管理人员不但具有经营管理的能力,还应具备相应的生产技术知识,熟悉生产线的工艺特点、原料品种和质量。特别要从小麦配比、清理、润麦时间、研磨物料分配、配粉、防虫霉、设备管理等技术细节上全面控制好,才能保证产品质量。 The production organization and management of flourmillsmust adapt to the new requirements of themodern production.Managers must have a compound quality,and transfer the extensive management to comprehensive refinement.While flour mills attach importance to production management,they must do a good job in production management and technical management.The production and management personnel of the flourmill not only needs to have the ability to operation andmanagement,but also needs to have the corresponding knowledge of production technology,familiar with the technological characteristics of the production line,the variety and quality of the raw materials.In particular,the quality of the products should be guaranteed by the comprehensive control of the technical details,such as the ratio of wheat,the cleaning,the timeof thewheat,thedistribution ofabrasivematerials,thepowderdistribution,the insectproofandthe equipmentmanagement,etc.
