为了促进中国特色社会主义市场经济进一步发展,社会各界都应学习习近平的新时代中国特色社会主义思想,并将其运用到生活当中,特别是与人们的生活息息相关的医疗单位,更应该完善政工系统,所以说想要推动医院的全面发展,就要加强职工思想道德建设。论文将从十九大会议精神出发,阐述医院职工思想政治工作中存在的问题以及解决对策,以期推动医院全面发展,更好的便民利民。
