摘要
我国经济已由高速增长转向高质量发展,石油石化产业是建设现代化经济体系和产业体系的重要组成部分,加快建设知识型、技能型、创新型员工队伍,是实现高质量发展目标的根本保障。论文结合石油石化企业现状和培训工作实际,分析了企业培训工作现状,阐述了加强培训工作的重要意义,重点就新形势下提高员工培训实效进行了思考研究。
China's economy has changed from high speed growth to high quality development.Petroleum and petrochemical industry is an important part of constructing amodern economic systemand industrial system.Speeding up the construction of a knowledge-based,skilled and innovativeworkforce is the fundamental guarantee for achieving the goal of high-quality development.Combinedwith the current situation and training practice of petroleum and petrochemical enterprises,the paper analyzes the training status of enterprises,expounds the significance of strengthening the training work.The effectivenessof staff trainingunder the new situationismainly reflected and studied.
