摘要
采用超声旋涡用正己烷提取、气相色谱质谱法,同时测定化妆品中23种邻苯二甲酸酯类和6种对羟基苯甲酸酯类,该方法采用多重反应监测方式监测子离子。结果表明,待测物在0.2~5μg/m L的浓度范围内线性关系良好,回收率w为85%-110.0%,检出限为3μg/g。
A total of 23 kinds ofphthalates and 6 kinds of parabens in cosmetics are simultaneous detected by ultrasonic vortex extractionwith n-hexane,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Thismethod usesmultiple reactionmonitoringmethod tomonitor subions.The results show that the linear relationshipisgood inthe concentrationrangeof0.2~5μg/mL,the recoveryrate is85%~110.0%,andthedetection limit is3μg/g.
