摘要
针对不对称三电平4桥臂Z源逆变器拓扑结构,通过分析直流侧中点电位偏移问题,特别是不对称三电平拓扑结构的逆变器在进行空间矢量调制时因开关矢量缺失,无法通过冗余矢量进行中点电位控制的问题,根据Z源特有的上、下直通状态对中点电位的影响,并结合比例积分控制,提出了一种中点电位平衡控制策略,通过控制Z源上、下直通时间,在实现直流升压的同时有效抑制了中点电位的偏移。仿真验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
Aiming at the topology of asymmetry three level four legs Z source inverter,by analyzing the problem of midpoint potential skewing in DC side,especial that the switching vector loss in asymmetry three level four legs Z source inverter with space vector modulating can not control the midpoint potential by redundant vectors,according to the influence of state of straight up and down with Z source at midpoint potential,and combining with PI control,a midpoint control strategy was proposed,by controlling the straight up and down time of Z source,whilc DC boosting was realized.Besides,the midpoint potential skewing was restrained.The possibility and effectiveness of the strategy are verfied by simulation.
