摘要
井间匹配性影响煤层气地面工程管网铺设方案的选择,与经济性、可靠性一样,都是管网方案设计过程中需要考虑的重要因素。目前对井间匹配性评价多以经验为主,缺乏数据论证,且未见涉及新井接入时的匹配性研究。在理论分析的基础上,确定了套压是影响煤层气产气量的重要因素,用SPS软件建立常见的井间串联来气、就近插入来气、阀组来气等连接方式的模型,通过改变单井井口压力,观察各口井和外输点流量的变化,分析各种接入方式单井压力扰动对管网系统的影响,由此判断井间匹配性的优劣。再针对新井接入的井间匹配性进行研究,得出新井接入时阀组连接方式的匹配性最佳的结论。
Well-to-well match will affect the choice of the laying schemes for coal-bed methane(CBM)surface engineering pipeline network,and like efficiency and reliability,it is an important factor to be considered during the design of the pipeline network scheme.At present,most of the wellto-well matching evaluations are based on experience and lack of data validation,without concerning the match study of new well access.Based on the theoretical analysis,it is determined that casing pressure is the main factor that affects the CBM production.Models of common connection methods such as well-to-well gas transmission in series,nearby injected transmission and valve group gas transmission are established by using SPS software.By changing the wellhead pressure of a single well to observe the flow changes of each well and external transmission points,analyze the influence of single well pressure disturbance on pipe network system with different connection methods,thus judging the advantages and disadvantages of well-to-well match.The study on the well-to-well match of new well access shows that when new well are accessed,the match performance of the valve group connection method is the best.
