天然气深冷装置分子筛干燥器入口精细过滤技术应用

摘要 深冷装置分子筛入口原有滤芯式过滤器易堵塞、运行周期短、维护费用高,通过对杂质、过滤原理以及相关材质的分析比对,选用重力沉降+中空纤维滤料相结合的精细过滤装置,精细过滤器投用后,杂质脱除率达到要求,运行周期提高到一年以上,更换一次滤料费用要比更换一次滤芯费用节省6.4万元,降低了过滤器的维护成本,避免了杂质进入分子筛,解决了分子筛使用寿命低等问题。该精细过滤装置对天然气装置过程除杂有很好的推广意义。 The original core filter of the molecular sieve inlet of the cryogenic device is easy to block,and its operation cycle is short and its maintenance cost is high.Through the analysis and comparison of impurities,the principle of filtration and related materials,the fine filtration device of gravity settlement+hollow fiber filter material is selected.After putting the fine filter into use,the removal rate of the impurity reaches the requirement,the operation cycle increases to more than one year,and the one-time cost of replacing filter material is 64 thousand yuan less than the replacement cost of one filter core.Then the maintenance cost of the filter is reduced,the entering of impurities into the molecular sieve is avoided,and the problem of low service life of the molecular sieve is solved.The fine filtration device has good popularization significance for the impurity removing process from natural gas devices.
