阿赛线新旧管线交替运行投产技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 阿赛线于1989年建成投产,经过20余年的运行,管道及各站阀门老化,全线自动化水平较低,2017年对3号站到末站段管道共261 km进行了更换。在新建管道投产过程中,利用不停输带压封堵技术搭设临时流程,采用新建管线与在役管线交替运行的方式,保证了在役管线的正常运行和新建管线的顺利投产。投产前,通过热力和水力计算确定了用水量、油水升温方案和预热方案等。投产期间制定了投产运行大表,细化了时间运行节点,严格控制温升速度,详细记录运行参数,经过热水储存,废弃管线清洗,新建管线充水试压、预热、替油、投油和水处理等一系列过程,保证了管线的正常投产。 Aershan-Sahantara pipeline was established and put into production in1989.After 20-year operation,its pipes and valves in stations have been aged,and the automation level the whole line is low.In 2017,the pipeline between No.3 station and the terminal station,with a length of 261 km,was replaced.In the production process of the new pipeline,the temporary process is set up by using the technology of non-stop plugging.The alternative operation mode of new and existing pipelines is applied,which ensures the normal operation of existing pipelines and the smooth operation of new pipelines.Before putting into production,water consumption,the heating scheme of oil and water and the preheating scheme are determined through thermal and hydraulic calculation.During production,a large table is developed,then the time running nodes are detailed,the temperature rising speed is strictly controlled and the operating parameters are recorded.Through several steps,including the hot water storage,waste pipeline cleaning,the water filling and pressure test of new pipelines,preheating,replacement of oil,starting transportation of oil and water treatment,the normal production of the pipeline can be ensured.
