绥靖油田地面集输管道腐蚀检测技术研究与应用 被引量:10

摘要 管道腐蚀受输送介质的含水率、矿化度、C1^-含量等因素影响,具有变化性和不确定性。为及时掌握绥靖油田地面集输管道防腐层状况,近年来使用PCM及超声波检测技术对4条不同类型的埋地钢制管道进行整体的腐蚀评价。结果表明:4条管道外防腐层良好;管道为管体内腐蚀,腐蚀程度存在轻、重、严重等级,腐蚀速度为轻、中、重等级;采用内涂层管道的耐蚀性较好,壁厚变化较小,涂层对管道起到了较好的防护作用。针对绥靖油田埋地管道内腐蚀现状,建议开展管道专项防腐检测,采取内涂层、非金属管材等防护措施减少管道腐蚀泄漏事故的发生。 Pipeline corroison is influence by factors such as the water cut and mineralization degree of conveying medium,and Cl-content,thus is changing and undetermined.In order to grasp the anticorrosion layer condition of surface gathering and transmission pipelines in Suijing Oilfield,in recent years by PCM and the ultrasonic detection technology four buried steel pipelines in different types are received overall corrosion evaluation.Results show that the external anticorrosion layers of 4 pipelines are good;there is corrosion in pipe body,and corrosion degrees are light,moderate and heavy;pipelines with internal coating have good corrosion resistance and protection effect,and their wall thickness change is not obvious.In view of the internal corrosion present situation of buried pipelines in Suijing Oilfield,it is suggested that special anticorrosion detection for pipelines should be carried out,and protective measures such as inner coating and nonmetallic pipes shall be adopted to reduce corrosion and leakage accidents of pipelines.
