摘要 管线支架是油田生产用高温管线的重要支撑部件,其散热损失对管线总体散热损失影响较大。通过采用合理的保温结构,可以极大降低其散热损失,具有较好的经济效益。由于此类产品较多,水平参差不齐,要选择既能够满足生产要求又具有合理的经济性的保温支架,需要明确选择的方法。通过对比几种不同结构保温支架的工作原理、保温效果测试数据以及产品经济效益分析,确定了不同生产条件下保温支架的选择方法,并对油田生产企业选择保温支架的主要性能指标提出了建议。其中复合式保温支架的节能效果最好,相比穿靴式、隔断式保温支架,每公里管线一年可减少能耗费用约5800元、1985元,节能4.7 t标煤、1.6 t标煤。生产单位应结合自身管线设备特点,优选经济适用的保温支架。 Pipeline support bracket is an important supporting part of high temperature pipeline for oil field production.The loss of heat dissipation has a great influence on the overall heat loss of pipeline.By adopting a reasonable thermal insulation structure,the heat dissipation loss can be greatly reduced,and the utility model has better economic benefit.Because there are many such products and uneven levels,if we want to choose a reasonable heat preservation support that can meet production requirements and have reasonable economy,we must make clear the method to choose.By comparing the working principle,insulation effect test data and product economic benefits of several different thermal insulation support bracket,the selection method of heat preservation bracket under different production conditions is determined.Also puts forward some suggestions on the main performance indexes of oil field production enterprises to choose thermal insulation support.The energy saving effect of the composite insulation bracket is the best.Compared with the shoe type and the partition type insulation support,the cost of energy consumption per kilometre can be reduced by about 5800 yuan and 1985 yuan a year,and energy saving 4.7tec and 1.6tec.The production unit should combine the characteristics of its own pipeline equipment to select the economical and suitable thermal insulation support.
