摘要
在MOOC教育时代发展大背景下,为了营造健康发展的教学方式,针对MOOC教学发展趋势,教师需要将碎片化的知识点融合到在线视频里,形成系统性的知识框架。因此需要对教师素质需求展开探讨,通过分析现阶段教师的教学素质现状,提出了一系列素质要求及素质养成方法:创新教学理念、教师角色转变、增加知识储备、优化整合教学等,为提升教师教学能力奠定了基础,推动了高等学校教师的教学质量。
With the development of MOOC,in order to create the healthy teaching methods,teachers need to integrate fragmented knowledge points to form a systematic knowledge framework.Therefore,this paper discusses the demand for teachers'quality,analyzes the present situation of teachers'teaching quality,and puts forward a series of quality requirements and quality cultivation methods:innovation of teaching idea,teacher's role change,increasing knowledge reserve,optimizing the integration of teaching.It lays a foundation for improving teachers'teaching ability and promotes the teaching quality of teachers'.
