西部地区应用型高校计算机科学与技术专业人才培养模式改革

Reform of the talents training mode of computer science and technology for applied colleges and universities in West China

西部地区应用型高校在转型发展过程中普遍面临着缺乏产业支撑、教学理念滞后等问题,针对这些问题,总结了高校计算机科学与技术专业在实验和实践教学模式、人才培养理念、考核方式等方面的创新举措,分析了转型发展过程中计算机科学与技术专业人才培养模式改革中面临的问题及其解决思路。提出了一种以学生综合能力培养为核心、优化实验实训内容为重点的计算机科学与技术专业人才培养模式。教学实践表明,该模式可有效提高学生的综合能力,对促进应用型高校计算机科学与技术专业转型发展有一定参考意义。

In the process of transformation and development,the application-oriented colleges and universities in west China face several challenges,like lack of the industrial support,teaching concept lagged behind,etc.This paper sums up the innovative measures of the computer science and technology specialty in experimental and practical teaching mode,the idea of talent training,and the way of assessment,and analyzes the problems and solutions in the reform of the talent training mode of computer science and technology specialty in the process of transformation and development.A talent training mode of computer science and technology specialty focusing on the cultivation of students'comprehensive ability and optimizing the contents of experiment training is put forward.The teaching practice shows that the mode can effectively improve the students'comprehensive ability,and promoting the transformation and development of computer science and technology specialty in west China's applied colleges and universities.
