摘要
使用Unity3D引擎制作基于网络的虚拟仿真教学实验平台的解决方案。结合IL2CPP技术将现有的热轧工艺流程仿真转到Web端,并且加入交互能力测试内容,通过工厂真实生产数据生成虚拟仿真流程中的交互操作模型,辅导用户学习热轧工艺流程并考察学习效果。通过网页远程直接浏览整个虚拟仿真工艺过程,其间每个步骤都能交互控制查看详细介绍,观察视角可以变动,细致深入地观察各个零部件构造以及运行状况。仿真表明,上述仿真平台实现Web平台对热轧轧制过程的仿真,可更加便利地辅导用户学习热轧工艺流程。
In view of the present hot rolling production process based on virtual reality,there are few interactive platform and is mostly single machine running,need additional to install the software,process trial,and fewer interactions,brings forward using Unity3d engine to make the virtual simulation teaching experiment platform based on network solutions.With HTML 5 technology transfer existing hot rolling process simulation to the Web client,and joins the interaction ability test content,virtual simulation in the process of real production data generated by factory interaction model,helps the user study hot rolling process and learning effect.Through a web remote directly through the entire process of virtual simulation technology,controls every step can interact during check in detail,observation angle of view can change at will,detailed structure of various parts and run.
