摘要
通过添加沉析纤维改善芳纶云母绝缘纸基的物理性能,研究沉析纤维用量对芳纶云母绝缘纸基物理性能的影响。沉析纤维能有效地填充和黏结纸基的纤维,并增加纤维之间的接触点,沉析纤维用量为20%~35%时可以提高芳纶云母绝缘纸基的物理性能。
The effect of fibrid content on physical properties of aramid-mica paper was investigated in this paper.It’s proved that fibrid can effectively fill and bond fibers of paper base,and increase the contact points among fibers.And the physical properties of aramid-mica paper can be improved when fibrid content accounts for 20%-35%of all fiber grades.
