本文提出的管道管理模式以无规矩不成方圆、严中求细、精细化管理为主要理论依据,主张管道巡护精细化、管道检测精细化、隐患排查精细化、隐患治理精细化、职工管理以及奖惩制度精细化,要求管理者将"细"字贯穿日常工作中,严中求细,提高工作效率,提高精细化管理力度。

The pipeline management model proposed in this paper is based on the main theoretical basis of no rules,no square,strict and meticulous management.It advocates fine management of pipeline patrol,pipeline detection,hidden trouble investigation,hidden trouble management,staff management and reward and punishment system,It requires managers to carry the"fine"word through daily work,strict and meticulous,to improve the work efficiency and improve the fine management strength.
