海上油气平台智能变电站系统的应用研究

摘要 海上油气平台由于其远离大陆,其运转主要通过独立性的电力系统来运行支撑。这种孤岛式的电力系统虽然供电方式结构简单,但存在着可靠性较差、投资大的缺点。近年来,中海油针对现有的变电站系统进行了智能化升级改造,形成了一套安全性、可靠性和稳定性于一体的智能变电站系统,该系统在为中心平台、井口平台提供电力的同时实现了电站系统的通信、对时、五防、设备状态在线监测、故障管理、WEB发布等功能的智能化管理。通过在渤海垦利3-2、绥中36-1、秦皇岛32-6等油田群的应用效果能够表明,智能变电站系统对于提升海上油气平台的电站运行安全和运行效率及设备管理水平都具有良好的效果。 Because offshore oil and gas platforms are far away from the mainland,their operations are mainly supported by independent power systems.For this power system,which is like an isolated island,although it has a simple power supply structure,it has the shortcomings of poor reliability and large investment.In recent years,CNOOC has carried out intelligent upgrading and transformation to the existing substation system forming a set of intelligent substation system integrating safety,reliability and stability.The system provides power to the central platform and wellhead platform,and at the same time realizes intelligent management of power station system functions such as communication,timing,fiveprevention,on-line monitoring of equipment status,fault management,and WEB publishing.The application results in Bohai Kenli 3-2,Suizhong 36-1,Qinhuangdao 32-6 and other oil field groups can show that the intelligent substation system has good effects in improving the safety and efficiency of power station operation and equipment management level of offshore oil and gas platform.
