TiB_2粉体制备研究进展

摘要 TiB_2粉体高温烧结性差严重制约了其作为超高温陶瓷材料在航空航天方面的推广应用。研究表明,降低TiB_2粉体的粒度并提高产物纯度是改善该材料烧结性的有效手段。本文综述了合成TiB_2粉体的制备方法及其优缺点并总结了采取不同合成方法制备TiB_2粉体的粒度情况。在此基础上介绍了TiB_2粉体的发展现状,并提出了提高TiB_2基材料成型性能方面的措施及今后的发展方向。 The poor high temperature sinterability of TiB2 powder seriously restricts its popularization and application in aerospace as an ultra-high temperature ceramic material.The research shows that reducing the particle size of TiB2 powder and improving the purity of the product are effective methods to improve the sinterability of the material.This paper summarized the preparation methods,advantages and disadvantages of TiB2 powder,and the particle sizes of TiB2 powder prepared by different synthesis methods.Based on this,the paper introduced the development status of TiB2 powder,and put forward some measures to improve the formability of TiB2 matrix composites and the development direction in the future.
