摘要 青海盐湖镁业有限公司PVC&钾碱厂钾碱装置固碱区域,原设计蒸汽管线疏水阀根部没有阀门,固碱装置蒸汽管线较多,管线上疏水阀20多个。疏水阀故障的几率较高,每次检修阀门需要停总管的蒸汽,影响装置生产,浪费大量的蒸汽。 There were no valves at the root of the steam trap in the alkali fixing area of the potash plant of Qinghai Saline Lake Magnesium Industry Co.,Ltd.PVC&potash plant.There were much steam pipelines in the alkali fixing plant and more than 20 steam traps in the pipeline.The probability of a trap failure is high.Every time the valve is inspected,the steam of the main pipe is shut off,which affects the production of the device and wastes a lot of steam,which affects the production of the device and wastes a large amount of steam.
