摘要
通过建立数值模型,模拟分离器内气、液、固分布规律和运动轨迹,以及操作温度、压力等参数对分离性能的影响,研究分离效率和压降敏感因素,从而形成气液固分离工艺,为设计用于现场的分离设备提供科学支撑。
By establishing a numerical model to simulate the gas,liquid and solid distribution laws and movement tracks of the separator,as well as the influence of operating temperature,pressure and other parameters on the separation performance,and to study the separation efficiency and pressure drop sensitive factors,thus forming a gas-liquid-solid separation process,providing scientific support for the separation equipment designed for field use.
