摘要
高压脉冲阀作为高压聚乙烯装置的核心设备,其由脉冲控制器RPR+控制,主要用于控制二次机出口及反应器内压力,同时通过脉冲KICK引起周期性开大脉冲阀,瞬间产生压降,达到冲刷反应器管道,防止反应器内聚合物积聚、减少反应器黏壁的目的。另外,在装置联锁触发时,脉冲阀控制器会立即通过压力设定点的实现顺控降压,以保证反应器内压力,本文主要介绍BASF高压脉冲阀在神华榆林化工的应用情况,并对其生产应用发生的问题的防范对策进行论述。
As the core equipment of the high pressure polyethylene device,the high pressure pulse valve is controlled by the pulse controller RPR+and is mainly used to control the pressure at the outlet of the secondary machine and the pressure in the reactor.At the same time,the pulse KICK causes the periodic opening of the pulse valve to generate pressure drop instantaneously,thus achieving the purpose of flushing the reactor pipeline,preventing polymer accumulation in the reactor and reducing the reactor wall sticking.In addition,when the device is interlocked and triggered,the pulse valve controller will immediately realize sequential control and depressurization through the pressure set point,so as to ensure the pressure in the reactor.This article mainly introduces the application of BASF high pressure pulse valve in Shenhua Yulin chemical industry,and discusses the preventive measures for the problems that occur during its production and application.
