基于化工设备设计防腐相关问题探讨

Discussion on Anti-corrosion Related Issues based on Chemical Equipment Design

确保化工设备安全是化工企业实现正常运行的基础条件。与此同时,化工设备安全也是化工企业实现长远发展的前提保障。相关人员必须做好化工设备的日常管理工作,避免出现质量隐患问题。然而,腐蚀问题始终是影响化工设备质量安全的首要因素。结合以往的经验来看,腐蚀问题成因多种且难以掌控,务必采取切实可行的防腐措施予以解决。针对于此,文章主要对化工设备设计防腐等问题展开研究,以供参考。

Ensuring the safety of chemical equipment is the basic condition for chemical enterprises to realize normal operation.At the same time,the safety of chemical equipment is also the precondition for chemical enterprises to realize long-term development.Relevant personnel must do a good job in the daily management of chemical equipment to avoid potential quality problems.However,corrosion is always the primary factor affecting the quality and safety of chemical equipment.Based on past experience,the corrosion problem has many causes and is difficult to control.It must be solved by practical and feasible anti-corrosion measures.In view of this,the article mainly studies the problems of chemical equipment design and anti-corrosion for reference.
