摘要
经大量实验确定消解压铸铝合金ADC12的最佳酸配比及实验条件,采用ICP-OES法测定样品溶液中硅元素的含量。确定了硅元素测定谱线为288.158nm,校准曲线线性相关系数可达0.9998;测定了硅方法检出限为0.0022mg/L;通过加标,测定结果的RSD<1%(n=6),加标回收率在95%-104%之间。与国家标准方法相比,此法实验步骤简便,分析成本低,用时短,结果好。
The optimum acid ratio and experimental conditions of die casting aluminium alloy ADC12 were determined by a large number of experiments,and the content of silicon in the sample solution was determined by ICP-OES.The measured spectral line of silicon is 288.158nm,The linear correlation coefficient of the calibration curve can reach 0.9998.The method detection limit of silicon was 0.0022 mg/L.The RSD of the results was<1%(n=6)and the recovery rate was between 95%and 104%.Compared with the national standard method,this method is simple,the analysis cost is low,the time is short,the result is good.
