摘要
现阶段,国内酿酒行业取得的经济效益较为显著,并逐渐占据市场重要发展位置。然而,酒类添加剂用量问题仍旧是影响酒品质量安全的关键要素。针对于此,文章结合白酒产品添加剂使用情况,说明使用甜味剂、香精香料以及食品添加剂等酒类添加剂存在的主要问题。并结合国家现行的《食品安全法》以及酒类生产行业的相关要求,提出正确选择酒类添加剂的相关建议。旨在提升酒类添加剂的合理选择性,切实提升酒类产品质量,为人们的饮用安全提供安全保障。
At this stage,the domestic brewing industry has achieved remarkable economic benefits and gradually occupied an important development position of the market.However,the amount of alcohol additives is still a key factor affecting the quality and safety of alcohol products.In view of this,the article explains the main problems existing in the use of alcoholic additives such as sweeteners,flavors and fragrances,and food additives in combination with the use of liquor product additives.Combined with the current"food safety law"of the state and the relevant requirements of the alcohol production industry,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions on the correct selection of alcohol additives.The aim is to improve the reasonable selectivity of alcohol additives,effectively improve the quality of alcohol products,and provide safety guarantee for people's drinking safety.
