浅谈深水导管架建造过程高空作业安全保障

摘要 海洋工程中深水导管架一般采用卧式建造的方法,导管架尺寸长度一般超过80M,垂直方向最高点距离地面一般大于50M,建造过程中大部分预制片需要在高空中进行空间组对焊接和安装,高处作业活动繁多,因此如何采取高空作业安全保障措施是项目HSE管理中的一个难点。本文对深水导管架的建造过程,对高空作业的人员种类和风险进行了分析,并制定了安全保障方案。 Generally,horizontal construction method is adopted for the deepwater jacket in marine engineering.And the jacket is generally over 80m in size and 50m away from the ground at the highest point in the vertical direction.During the construction process,most prefabricated pieces need to be welded and installed in space groups at high altitude.There are many high-altitude operation activities.Therefore,how to adopt high-altitude operation safety guarantee measures is a difficult point in HSE management of the project.This paper analyzes the construction process of deepwater jacket,the types and risks of personnel working at high-altitude,and draws up a safety guarantee plan.
