摘要
目的研究寡腺苷酸合成酶1(OAS1)基因多态性与脊柱结核的关系。方法纳入113个脊柱结核患者作为实验组,114个健康人作为对照组,所有纳入者均为汉族。采用等位基因频率和基因模型来计算OAS1基因多态性和脊柱结核之间的联系。基因分型采用iMLDR方法。结果与rs1131454AA基因型比较,AG对于脊柱结核来说是保护因素(OR=0.532,95%CI:0.354~0.801,P=0.003)。同时rs1131454GG基因型与AA比较也是脊柱结核保护性因素(OR=0.788,95%CI:0.660~0.940,P=0.008)。结论在汉族人中,OAS1基因多态性与脊柱结核是相关联的,但需要在规模较大的、多中心和其他民族中进一步验证。
Objective Previous studies have demonstrated that 2-5 oligoadenylate synthetase 1(OAS1)polymorphisms were related to various diseases.In this study,we researched the association between polymorphisms in OAS1 and spinal tuberculosis.Methods We enrolled 113 patients with spinal tuberculosis and 114 healthy controls from Chinese Han population.The association between OAS1 polymorphisms and spinal tuberculosis risk was established based on the distributions of allelic frequencies and different genetic models.Genotyping was conducted using the improved multiplex ligase detection reaction(iMLDR)method.Results Significant association was observed between rs1131454 and spinal tuberculosis.Compared with AA,AG was a protective factor for spinal tuberculosis(P=0.003,OR=0.532,95%CI:0.354-0.801).The homozygous model of rs1131454 was found to significantly decrease the risk of spinal tuberculosis(OR=0.788,95%CI:0.660-0.940,P=0.008).Conclusion Polymorphisms of OAS1 may be related to spinal tuberculosis in Chinese population,which needs further validation by larger,multicenter and ethnic-based studies.
