日本学前教育管理探析

Analysis of Japanese Preschool Education Management

日本作为世界第三大经济体,实力不容小觑。以雄厚的经济实力作为依托,日本重视并大力发展学前教育,其整体水平已名列世界前茅。本文介绍了日本学前教育的历史沿革,分析了其特点和管理方式;以此为基础,结合当前世界学前教育的背景进行反思总结,以期对我国学前教育的发展有所裨益。

As the third largest economy in the world,Japan's strength should not be underestimated.Relying on its tremendous economic power,Japan has attached importance to and vigorously developed preschool education,and its overall level has ranked the top in the world.Japan attaches great importance to develop preschool education,the overall level has been among the highest in the world.This paper introduces the history of preschool education in Japan,and analyzes its characteristics and management methods.Based on this,this paper summarizes the background of preschool education in the world in order to benefi t the development of preschool education in China.
