摘要
合理用药是医疗机构规范管理的难点和重点。文章介绍了运用PDCA理论,明确改进目标后,医院实施多部门联合、多方面联动落实用药管控,根据实施过程中发现的问题,先后将考核与药占比、出院患者次均费用等指标相挂钩,并通过设立适宜的奖励方案建立院内补偿机制,使合理用药落到实处,为"药品零差率"背景下优化合理用药管控提供了借鉴经验。
Rational drug use is a priority in the standardized management of medical institutions.This article introduces the use of PDCA theory to define the objective of improvement.The drug use management and control were accomplished by multifaceted cooperation of multiple departments and offices.According to the problems found during the practice,the performance assessment was carried out based on the proportion of the drugs used and the average expenditure of each discharged patient.In addition,an in-hospital compensation mechanism was established using a reasonable incentive scheme,which provided useful experience in optimizing the rational drug use management and control in the context of"zero-profit drug supply policy".
