车联网在建筑垃圾运输车管理中的应用探索

摘要 建筑垃圾运输车是城市建设过程中必不可少的运输工具,他们在为城市建设作出贡献的同时,也带来车辆超速超限行驶、抛洒滴漏垃圾、不按规定线路行驶等违规事件,这些违规行为引发的环境污染和安全隐患是执法监管部门的管理难题,文章针对建筑垃圾清运管理需求,结合汽车CAN总线、车联网、云计算技术,探索了建筑垃圾运输车联网智能化管理系统开发和应用,使车、道路、驾驶员、工地、消纳场、管理者有效紧密的结合,为管理者提供了行之有效的技术手段和管理工具,实现政府各监管部门信息同步共享,联动管理。从源头治理车辆违规行为,达到清运企业车辆合规高效运营,保障城市环境卫生及交通安全的双重目的。 Construction waste transport vehicles are essential means of transportation in the process of urban construction.While they contribute to urban construction,they also bring violations such as over speed,dumping of waste,failure to follow prescribed routes,and so on.The environmental pollution and hidden danger caused by these violations is a difficult management problem for the supervision department.This paper aims at the demand of construction waste clean up and transportation management,combines the CAN bus,the Vehicle network,Cloud computing technology,this paper probes into the development and application of the intelligent management system of building waste transport vehicle network,which makes the vehicle,road,driver,construction site,acceptance yard and manager combine effectively and closely,and provide effective technical means and management tools for the managers.To achieve the government regulatory depart ments to share information synchronization,linkage management.To control vehicle violations from the source to achieve the dual purpose of vehicle compliance and efficient operation of transportation enterprises and the protection of urban environmental hygiene and traffic safety.
