摘要
聚碳酸酯(PC)以其独特的光学性能和优异的机械性能、质轻、设计自由度高等特性已经替代传统无机玻璃广泛应用于诸多车型的角窗、固定天窗等部位。本文制备了一款车型的PC有机玻璃后角窗,依据ECE R43标准对其光学性能、机械性能以及环境性能进行测试。试验结果表明,PC有机玻璃后角窗各项性能均满足或高于法规要求,并且较采用传统无机玻璃单车减重36.7%。此外,PC有机玻璃优异的抗冲击性能对乘员安全和行人保护具有重大意义。
Polycarbonate(PC)with its unique characteristic of mechanical properties,light weight,design freedom features,are instead of traditional inorganic glass and widely used in many areas of automobile.In this paper,a PC organic glass of angle window was prepared,and tested the optical properties,mechanical properties and environmental properties,according to the standard of ECE R43.The results showed that all the performances of PC angle window achieved the requirements of laws and regulations.Meanwhile,comparing to traditional inorganic glasses,PC organic glasses can reduce more than 36.7%of weight.In addition,the excellent impact resistance of PC organic glass had a significant effect on occupant safety and pedestrian protection.
