基于完全信息博弈下的公共自行车出行方式研究

Research on public bicycle trip mode based on complete information game

针对"共享单车"的普及带来的无规则通行、不规范停放等行为对城市交通、城市管理的等带来的压力和挑战。文章分析了公共自行车出行者的规范和不规范出行方式,运用完全信息静态博弈方法,得出了无规则、不规范的出行方式与城市交通发展间的矛盾,证明了我国城市推行和改善公共自行车出行的必要性,也为公共自行车的有序管理,规范发展体系和改善城市交通提供了办法,并对改善无规则同行和不规则停放等行为提出了改进措施和建议。

This paper analyzes the norms and non-standard travel modes of public bicycle travelers in view of the pressure and challenge brought about by the popularization of"shared bicycles",such as irregular traffic and non-standard parking on urban traffic and urban management.By using the complete information static game method,the contradiction between the irregular and non-standard travel mode and the urban traffic development is proved,which proves the necessity of the implementation of the city and the improvement of the public bicycle.It provides suggestions for the orderly management of public bicycles,the regulation of their development system,the improvement of bicycle travel environment and the improvement of urban traffic,and the measures to be taken to improve the behavior of irregular counterparts and irregular parking.
