基于设计六西格玛的悬架板簧设计研究与应用

摘要 文章针对市场反馈矿用车在矿区使用过程中,出现悬架板簧断裂、承载能力不足,平顺性差、造成矿用车性能不稳定,车辆故障频繁问题组织市场调查和研究分析,针对以上问题进行针对性的开发设计方案,同时经过样车在实际矿区中验证以及不同区域内大批量验证,此方案显著的降低悬架板簧断裂及开裂的问题,提高系统可靠性、安全性,延长悬架系统板簧的的使用寿命。 This article aims at the market feedback mine car in the mining area during the process of use,the suspension spring break,the lack of carrying capacity,the poor smoothness,the instability of the performance of the mine car,the frequent trouble of the vehicle organization market investigation and research analysis.According to the above problems,a targeted development and design plan was carried out.At the same time,the prototype was verified in the actual mining area and verified in large quantities in different areas.This plan significantly reduced the problem of suspension spring fracture and cracking,and improved the reliability and safety of the system.Extending the service life of the spring in suspension system.
