摘要
为提升汽车安全性能及实现轻量化目标,对4种不同截面铝合金吸能盒的耐撞性进行对比分析,并研究宽高比及材料强度对耐撞性能的影响。研究表明:双十字型截面吸能盒耐撞性能最优;在汽车结构设计中,宽高比要控制在0.7至1.0之间,越接近1.0吸能效率越高;吸能随材料强度增加而增加,可以通过加强材料减少壁厚进一步实现轻量化。
In order to improve the safety performance of the car and realize the lightweight target,the resistance of four different aluminum alloy crash boxes.was studied in Contrasts,The influence of width height ratio and material strength on impact resistance was analysied.Research results show that:The double cross section suction box has the best crash performance;In automobile structure design,the width ratio should be controlled between 0.7 and 1.0,the closer to 1.0,the higher the efficiency;The absorption increases with the strength of the material,it can be further realized by strengthening the material to reduce the wall thickness.
