文章通过对客户需求及自卸车使用工况的分析研究,探讨在确保承载能力的前提下采用新材料对公路自卸车减重实现上装轻量化。最后就所采用的材料对于货箱设计的影响进行分析,提出符合客户需求的大箱形式,以及指出对于公路运输车辆所需求的上装具体情况进行分析,以便合理的选择车型及货箱形式。

This paper analyzes and researches the customer demand and working conditions of dumper.On the premise of ensuring the carrying capacity,the paper discusses reducing the weight of the road dump truck by adopting new materials and realizing the weight lightening of loading platform.Finally,the paper analyzes the adopted material influence on loading platform design,and puts forward the loading platform type in accordance with customer demand.In addition,the paper analyzes the specific conditions of required type of loading platform for road transport vehicles,so that the reasonable type of loading platform could be chosen.
