罐车MAG拼板自动焊RT探伤合格率提升

摘要 金属常压罐体类容器的探伤合格率必须满足国家标准规范,文章对碳钢运油车拼板自动焊出现的焊接缺陷进行了专项分析,并制定各类缺陷问题的排查方案,对人员加工要求、设备排查、工艺参数评定,工艺方法等方面进行了整体的优化和改善,焊接接头各项力学性能均能够满足标准要求,大大提高了探伤合格率,固化了工艺方法,提高了生产效率和产品质量。 The inspection pass rate of metal atmospheric tank cans must meet the requirements of the national standard.This paper carries out a special analysis of the welding defects that occur in the automatic welding of carbon steel trucks,and formulates various types of defect investigation and troubleshooting plans.Requirements,equipment inspections,process parameter assessments,and process methods have been optimized and improved.The mechanical properties of welded joints have met the requirements of the standards,greatly improving the inspection pass rate,solidifying the process methods,and increasing the production efficiency.
